@Alanas_47168 Yeah I knew that but Vodafone customer care kept telling me it was only U2, SE and 9 supported. I was trying to get my husband’s Stainless steel 8 done but it wasn’t letting me so I thought maybe they were right. But all my research said watches from 4 and up were supported. We went into the store and the guy couldn’t believe customer care were saying that. He sorted it out for him in two minutes it was a setting or something. The manager came over to help at first and was like no wonder it’s not working cause we only do Samsung and I said erm no it’s apple watches too… how the hell wouldn’t she know 🙈 well she does now 😂
I see they are called Smartwatch pairing plans by Three UK. The new Galaxy watch 7 ultra has LTE as standard. I'm guessing demand is going to increase with the launch of this watch.
Surly if Three UK have these plans up & running for quite a while now then Three IE must be about to launch the same plan?
I have to say that Vodafone is looking very attractive to me at the moment
@Barry_43985 unlikely Three in GB has anything to do with them now, especially seeing as they're going to be merging with Vodafone over there – https://vodafoneandthree.uk/
@Curt_03186 hopefully a sign things are happening in the background. There'll be an iPhone and Apple Watch event in September to launch the new products so it would be a good time to launch and even maybe get a mention in the Keynote.
Soooooooo.....any update on this? Or are three just happy to keep fobbing everyone off? Let me guess...."The 3Community team are not in a position to deliver an update on this but we can assure you that our eSIM colleagues are working on it. We appreciate your passion for wearable eSIM compatibility and we know you will appreciate it when it arrives for Three customers"?
