@NFH I passed along your scenario to the relevant team & the response they came back with is that roaming Wi-Fi calling is not provisioned on Three accounts so using it abroad isn't possible. This is the answer the team has given regarding your query.
@butwhynot Just calls are being supported. Not to worry your IMEI not matching on your My3 account won't affect the rollout of the services for you. If you'd like to update it, you can call our CARE team on freephone 1913 & an agent will be happy to help.
Hey, I'm delighted to hear that Three have release 4g and Wi-Fi calling. Great communication and work from Three. My question is has anyone gotten it working yet? I still haven't gotten the text message or the option to appear in my iPhone's voice and data settings. Perhaps a carrier update hasn't reached me yet.
Hi there @Krzysztof_02940 The roll out hasn't reached all customers yet. But we're working through it as fast as we can 😊 Once you receive the text confirming your provisioning has been updated as long as your using one of the compatible phones you should be good to go 👍

Got the text this morning to say that 4G Caling is one its way over the next number of months. Bit disappointed that it wasn't going live now on my account.
@Three_Shane1 will 4G/Wifi calling only be available for Billpay customers or will PaYG eventually get them too?
