@Vin2022 If you have a phone that Three lists as compatible with WiFi calling, the best way to guarantee that your phone does not make a call through the UK roaming network would be to put your phone into airplane mode while you're home or some other place you want to make a WiFi call or text. Just be sure to connect to WiFi, some phones make you turn WiFi back on manually once you put it into airplane mode.
@Vin2022 Hi Vin, while you're at home if you're connected to a roaming UK network I would suggest doing what Torbell advised & putting your phone into Airplane mode so you can use Wi-Fi Calling. You can check the list of devices able to use Wi-Fi calling here.
Going forward if you have any other questions regarding your service try posting on one of our discussion boards here.
@Siddhesh_09281I've just gotten an update from our WiFi calling team & they have advised that we're still in the testing stage. We're working with Apple to launch the service as soon as possible. At the moment I don't have a specific date I can give you but I can confirm it will be early 2023.
Hi @Luke_67246 wish I had an update on this one myself. The team is still working through testing with Apple, as soon as I hear anything I'll post here to let you know.
