@butwhynot I had an issue with my account not working with the IMS.
I had support do a network reset on my account and it started working immediately. I’m guessing this reset process reprovisions your account on the IMS.
If you go to about in iPhone setting and click network provider it should show the IMS status as Voice & SMS.
@Luke_67246 When I click on Network Provider nothing happens. VoLTE is also not working for me so perhaps that is related (also IMS), though I was told that it was active on my account

hey, i’ve decided to port my number over to three and the numbers going to be most likely ported over tomorrow. I received a three sim with a temporary number and on it wifi calling and volte don’t work. on my old sim that i used to test out 3 it worked fine. but now on the new sim Wifi calling says it needs to be activated by 3 and volte doesn’t work as when i make a call signal goes down to 3g. would it be best for someone from three to activate before or after the number gets ported over or will it make no difference? many thanks
Hey there @Krzysztof_32795 the sim should already be activated but I'd be happy to take a look at it for you. Once your number has ported over pop us a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth.
hey everyone, i got wifi and 4g calling activated on my account a few days ago and i’ve noticed that when other people call me the call doesn’t sound as clear even if they have volte activated. i’ve noticed this when a family member that has vodafone calls me the call doesn’t sound great but when i call them it’s really clear. has anyone else experienced this?
Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, if you make the call there is no issue but if you receive the call in the exact same location the sound is not clear. Is the sound unclear on the caller's end too or just yours?
