Hello I am living in Ballyphehane Cork , I was getting 4G and now I can't get a signal contacted support seems signal is down , Is there anyway of checking signal status without having to go through support I don't want to have to change all my settings if the problem is outside signal
Hi @Dazlane 👋 thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community 😊 I have checked the coverage in the Ballyphehane Cork and can see that 4G service was affected. This should all be resolved now but if you're still experiencing difficulties let me know. At the moment the only way to check your signal status is by contacting care. We do have our Planned works schedule blog, which is an up to date list of the areas we are currently planning to carry out work in.
