I'm due for an update on 28th August but will be on Holidays, is it possible to get the upgrade a week ahead of due date? When I called into the Three Shop the assistant said it was by calling a number I now forget.
@Denise_17796 Hi Denise & welcome to the 3Community. The number you're looking for is 1913. Once you're speaking with an agent they'll be able to confirm if an early upgrade can be done.
