How to get modem unlocked (business account)?

Huawei modem was associated with a business account so unable to apply for unlock code using automated process, just get directed to web chat and after going through all the automated messages just get left with "Thanks for waiting while our business agents handle other queries. When an agent becomes available your query will be addressed."  Currently waiting like this over 40 minutes. Tried ringing a number of times too but also unable to get to talk to anyone.

Is there currently any working way to request the unlock code?

@Damian2 HI Damian, have you got your unlock request placed for your business modem? If not, can you clear your cookies & cache & try our chat team again. Let me know if you have any difficulties.

 

 Over 90 LONG PAINFUL MINUTES on that chat to get the unlock request placed, what a time wasting process.  And then to add insult to injury what do I get by email: Your unlock code is |&10*unlock_code*input|.  Lot of good that is!

I'll send you the details if you would like, I'll just need you to PM me your name, number, full address, and date of birth. I'll also need you to confirm your email address. 

Hi Stacey, I received an email supposedly containing the unlock code but it didn't, it had "Your unlock code is |&10*unlock_code*input|" where the unlock code should have been.  I tried to PM you my details but I get this when I click on Send me a PM:
