Hi I have reached my allowance for the month and It won’t reset the 15gb until after the weekend but my issue is I cannot log into the hilink app for the HUAWEI modem device I have. It worked fine about two weeks ago. Also my modem device is stating there is no network on my other devices it’s recognising it on the network but not getting any Wi-Fi is that due to going over my allowance or is the network on maintenance?
I recently sent an email to customer care earlier about it but also had issues logging into this three account but that has been resolved as had changed password recently and could log in again today.
The modem is my only concern and I’m not due an upgrade until next Spring 2023.

@HellyMolly Hi HM, the reason your modem is showing no network is due to your allowance running out. Once your allowance renews it'll stop showing no network & you'll be able to connect your devices again. Are you getting an error message when you try to log into the hi-link app?

I was able to log into the device and higlink app eventually but the modem name and network is appearing on the devices but not getting any internet/wifi/4g from the modem at the moment I am wondering is it because the bill needs to be paid when its due before I get the internet again off the modem despite allowance being reset after running out and will be paying extra on that due to going beyond allowance quota in September. Bill due in October.
