I'm currently getting a grand total of 0MB download speed at the moment in the Tullamore area (just a few hundred metres north of the canal in the centre of town) after having upgraded for 5G home broadband. The broadband has been chronically slow for the past two days. What's going on?

No, there's no planned works for the area according to that list.
@JGC Have you contacted our dedicated 5G broadband team about this? If you haven't I would recommend that you call them on 1913.
If you've been in contact with them was it raised to our technical team for investigation? If it was send me the reference number and I'll check on the progress of the investigation
