I recently purchased three mobile broadband. It was set up last Friday. I use iptv streaming services on my Samsung tv and it was initially working with the new broadband.
I plugged out the broad band on Sunday night and since then it is not working. I have done all possible checks from the tv side and have eliminated all possibilities. I even tried with my old internet provider and works with this so im assuming it is a block on threes side. I have seen other posts about removing a “nanny block” or changing the APN in the router settings. Has anyone had a similar experience and found a resolution?
I would like to keep the broadband as the speeds are great but will need to cancel it if I cannot resolve this issue.
Hey @Daniel_55423 thanks for posting this here, if the broadband was originally working with the IPTV I would recommend reconnecting the TV with the broadband and a fresh connection should help with this.
In relation to the "nanny block" you speak of, I assume this would be an age related block that would block certain adult content however if this is a broadband account this wouldn't be affected by this. If the fresh connection doesn't work pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, broadband number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.

The fresh connection didn’t work. Iv tried wired and wireless.
iv seen both of these links that look like similar issues and tried changing DNS with no joy.
