Mobile broadband speed drops off dramatically in the evening. TV is virtually impossible to watch some nights. Does anyone else have this issue?

When did you first notice your speeds dropping? Have you had a chance to check our blog Planned Works Schedule to see if there is any work going on in your area? Do you only notice this happen Monday to Friday or weekends too and roughly what times does this affect you?
Hi. This has been going on for over a month now. It's mainly in the evenings and at weekends. We had a technician out and he moved the receiver on the outside of the house to a different position because the signal kept dropping out completely. But the Mbps is very low in the evenings
Thanks @Vincent_46321 , if this is continuing to happen after a technician has called out I would recommend contacting our Home Broadband team on 1913 and entering your broadband number when prompted and the team will be able to continue the investigations for you.
What are my options for cancelling if this cannot be rectified?
