I normally connect to tower eNB ID 5267 near Coolaney, Co Sligo. Specifically cell identifier 1348353 , PCI 43. Yesterday it was as strong as normal at 07UTC, gone at 09UTC, returned briefly but then was gone at 11UTC and has not returned. None of the cells on the tower can be accessed.
Is this a fault, planned engineering, or something else?

I have taken a look at the masts in the general Coolraney area and I can see that there is an unplanned outage at a mast in the area. I'd be happy to check the mast that you are connected to however I will need you to pop through to me here on PM along with your Eircode so I can locate the closest mast to you.
Thank you for your reply. I presume you refer to eNB ID 5267 and, as it still is not working today, this one must be the mast with the unplanned outage. Hopefully engineers will fix it soon.

Service from this Coolaney mast returned on the 3rd but as of today 5 January it is off for some hours in the morning and 11am back on. But at 12 noon it was off again and has remained off since. An intermittent fault?

Hey @Erik_C thanks for your response here, I have checked this for you and I can see that the mast was down over the weekend however I can see that the service at the mast was restored this morning.
Hello Niall, yes it came back on the 6th and has remained on since. No issues 7 Jan to 9 Jan inclusive. Whatever was the issue seems to be cured.

Monday morning 7am 13 January and this mast is not working again. There is no coverage in Coollaney.
It is beyond a joke now. Was there really an engineering intervention to correct the issue? Something permanent needs to be done to stop these repeated losses of service.

Hey @Erik_C , thanks for posting here, I have checked the local mast and I can see there was an unplanned outage overnight and we are currently awaiting a technician to attend the mast to get this sorted as soon as possible.
