Static IP on router

I have your 3Broadband Unlimited 5G Gold plan.

I am running Home Assistant in my house. Home assistant is running on a mini pc and is connected directly to my T3000 router. The preference for Home Assistant is to assign a static IP to it on the router. I cannot find a way to assign static IPs on my zte T3000 router?
