Three mobile broadband in my area rubbish

I am 300m from a 5g enabled Three mast and I a getting 20mbps speeds if I am lucky.

Three please help.

Hi @Add_32938 👋 and welcome to 3Community. What broadband plan are you on? If you don't know the name of the plan can you log in to your My3 account the name will be displayed on your dashboard.  Once I have the name of your plan I can double-check and confirm that it is 5G compatible.
