Unacceptably slow speed

We've been having problem with 3 broadband for a few weeks. It was manageable at the beginning but right now slow speed makes impossible to work from home. The speed is around 5-10 mph all the time ( no matter the time or day)  which is not acceptable at all.

I can't even sign in / off from my 3 profile with the speed that I have !! The website has been stuck for 5 minutes just for a basic sign off activity!
