My father was a mobile broadband billpay customer of three.ie some years ago but left after his contract was up, due to poor coverage is his area.
Is it possible for him to request an unlock code for his Huawei B525s-23a? He can't register on My3 as he no longer has a three SIM or active account. Similarly he can't follow the process at https://www.three.ie/unlock-my-phone/ because this requires an active SIM to send a verification code to.
I myself am a current, active billpay customer and hence can get messages to my Three number (billbay modem). Perhaps a mod here could help us out?
