Unusable mobile broadband in the evening

I have mobile broadband and it is unusable in the evenings. Speeds during the day are are around 20mbps which is still not great but usuable. In the evening it is only 1 or 2 mbps. I am living in Ennis and there should be no reason why it is so poor. I have complained numerous times but no change. I have gone into the shop in town and they offended that I asked for a solution. Does anyone know what the lowest speed they are contractually obligated to give? I want to cancel it.

I'd love to help get this sorted here for you. When you raised a complaint recently did they raise a case with the technical team on your behalf? If not I would highly recommend contacting 1913 where you can speak to our dedicated broadband team who will be able to help you with troubleshooting steps and also raise a case with the technical team if required.

Hi Niall, they have raised a ticket before and I have rang 1913 before as well but it has not been resolved. Can you tell me what is minimum internet speed 3 are obligated to provide? The only thing that helps is contact ye through my3 every evening and asking to refresh the network. I don't want to have to go through this every single evening

Hi Niall, this wasn't resolved permanently. I had increased internet speeds that day but not since. It is still averaging at 2mpbs

Hey @Add_35143 , thanks for posting the update here, from the PM's I can see that we discussed about attaching the antennas to the device to improve the connection, since this discussion have you  attempted to switch between the different frequencies manually to check if either of these help improve the connection?
