ZTE 7010 (5g) needs several reboots daily

Folks, I’ve recently upgraded to you 5g gold option for broadband. Great speeds but several times a day the unit needs a reboot or power drain lasting several minutes.

 

Ive had it less than a week.

 

my previous device never needed a reboot so I’m thinking it’s the device itself.

I would recommend contacting our customer care team on 1913 who will be able to assist you on this and if they are unable to resolve this for you they will be able to link in with the technical team who installed the 5G Broadband Gold.

i called 1913 this morning who told me it was works in the vicinity the past two days and all will be fine going forward.

 

Sadly I’m sitting here again on my mobile data sending this as the broadband service is gone again. 

The odd thing is my mobile service is fine which indicates it could be the modem/router. I see many people posting a similar issue. Feels like a caching issue with the hardware
