Hi have 5g internet for 3 half weeks worked great for 2 weeks then kept dropping in the evening after numerous calls a technician came out today and moved the box outside to somewhere he said we would get better coverage after he set it up we had no internet asked if we changed passwords or did anything which we didn't he then said its not working ill put in a call but no one around till Tuesday. So a technician came to fix internet that was dropping sometimes and left us with no internet at all has this happened to anyone else ?
