Have the 5G broadband gold service for about 6 weeks. I keep getting intermittent service dropouts. Working from home, so I need an "always on" service, particularly for conference calls. In the middle of a conference call the connection will just drop and I have to go downstairs and plug out the phantom power feed to the external 5G modem and plug it back in a minute later. I then have to reboot the router to get the service back. On a very busy day, I have to do this on average three times.
Is anyone having similar problems?

I recommend contacting our customer support team on 1913 where our agents would be able to assist your with troubleshooting and if required would be able to arrange assistance from a technician as this is a 5G Broadband Tech Installed product.
This happened us only have it 3 weeks worked great for the first 2 technician came out today moved the box outside then told us something wrong he doesn't know what so he left us with no interent at all and said ring Tuesday
