3Broadband Unlimited 5G and Playstation NAT

Hi,

My 3Broadand Unlimited was installed yesterday and I am extremly happy with the speeds I am getting, around 10x of my fixed line.

The one issue I am having is with my Playstation 4/5. When I do a speedtest I am getting very good download speed and not a great upload speed. My NAT is Type 3 so when I try to play games online there is a lot of lag. 

I have looked into this and there seems to be a way around this using Port Forwarding which I have tried to no success. The other workaround seems to be around getting a Static IP. 

I presume this issue has occurred previously but I cannot find anything in the forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
