3Unlimited Broadband SIMO Disconnected

Hi,

Since Saturday evening (Jan 29th) I've had no internet connection through the 3 IRL 4G network. It was working fine then suddenly dropped and hasn't returned. Is there someone I can PM with details?

Thanks,

Maurice

@MojoIRL Thanks for checking that! The next thing I'd like you to do is take a look at our All About Broadband Coverage blog. There are some great tips in there, take a look and try them out. You could be pleasantly surprised 👌 You'll also see a list of questions on that blog, let me know the answers to them if there's no change at the end!

@MojoIRL Hi there, I'd love to take a look at this for you. Tell me, have you noticed any chances since posting here? Have you reached out to Customer Care at all? Let me know 😃

Hi Laura,

No, there hasn't been any change since I posted. Internet access just dropped Sunday evening and hasn't returned. I've tried rebooting and power-cycling the router but no luck.

I haven't spoken to anyone else yet - when I navigate through the Support options on the website it brings me here.

Thanks,

Maurice

@LauraH Sorry - didn't @ you above

@MojoIRL No problem at all. Next question - have you checked our Planned Works schedule to see if your area is on the list?

@LauraH Hi Laura, there's nothing on the Planned Works list for my area, which would be covered by Kilkenny

Thanks,

Maurice

Hi @LauraH  Thanks for that. The problem was with my router. Don't know what caused it, but after resetting to factory settings it worked.

Thanks for your help.

@MojoIRL Awesome news! Thanks for popping on to let me know, have a great day 😃
