5G at my mast is down for two weeks, how do I find out when/if it will be repair ?

Hi there, yes, it is still down. I have tested the 5G in my phone and it works when I go to Ennis so I think there is a problem with 5G in my area
Ok, I'd like to investigate this for you but I'll need a little more info, please let me know the make and model of your phone, and when you say you've tested the 5G do you mean you manually tried to select 5G through the phone settings? When you did this did you get an error?
