My mobile broadband (and phone) are getting really bad connectivity at my house. It is so bad as to be not useable at all during the day. It is better in the evening but it will still slow down and stop intermittently.
I have done all the tricks, ordered a new modem, network resets, changing the location of the modem in the house, praying to st Anthony and am currently awaiting a new SIM card but I am sceptical that it will improve the situation.
I feel I am getting way less than the minimum of 2Mbps for 80% of the day as my (new) contract stipulates. I have never gotten 100Mbps, the stated normal availability and 150Mbps is pure fiction.
I have been assured by three that I have coverage but I have serious doubts that I do. This situation has been degrading over time as has my patience.
Hi there @Add_17182 this is not what I like to hear but I'd be happy to look into it for you. How long have you been experiencing these connection difficulties? Is your phone only affected by your data, or are you having trouble with calls and texts too? When you were speaking to customer care did they raise an investigation with our technical team?
