So, I have 5 Three accounts (Yes 5 accounts; 1 Phone, 2 x TopUp & 2x Broadband), one of them I am not able to log into, so I can't pay it (3 broadband).
Just back from holidays and I saw a love letter from some knee breakers in the UK saying they will (to paraphrase) summarily execute my credit rating if I don't pay the princely sum of ~€79. That's 2 months!!! Are 3 really that hard up?
OK, I might be exaggerating a little, but can a MOD DM me to get this resolved. I refuse to call the helpline after being scammed nearly €5k by Indian call centre employees working IN Booking.com last year (legals still ongoing).

p.s. Why did all the passwords suddenly mess up, it took me ages to log on to the community (Username changed to email in capital letters!!) and another 5 minutes to find a "post topic" button.
The new UI is rubbish, confusing and not helpful.
Hey @CasaP , I'd love to look into this for you, pop through to us here on PM along with the broadband number, your full name, address and date of birth and I'll be happy to look into this further for you.
Once we have validated your details we can check the account and see what has happened with the billing however we won't be able to take a payment through the Community as we 3Community Mods will never ask for the full financial information required to take a payment. The only ways a payment can be made is over the phone or through the My3 app.
Once we get this resolved I'll be happy to help you with your query in relation to My3 and get this setup for you going forward.
