Asked three to unlock my modem told to topup 100 euro first

Hello

I have had a modem b535 with 3 for at least a year paying 30 euro a month .

The data service has gone unusable in the last 2 weeks and I though I would

be entitled after paying for at least a year to a free unlock and then join another

network on my modem .

I got an email telling me to top up by 100 euro first . It's slightly funny as there

is no way I would be able to use this data on 3 as the speeds have gone below

5gbs . I don't want to remove the SIM and put it in a phone as then I would have

no data . Can anyone help ?

Hi @Add_16192 this is not what I like to hear but I can help you with the unlock code.

First I'll need to complete security on your account so please PM me your name, number, address and date of birth. I'll also need the IMEI of the modem.
