Broadband Not Aggregating Bands

Hi, 

I'm on the 4G BB plan (just signed today). My router is showing CA on bands B1+B3+B3 however I'm getting poor speeds. It seems like each band alone is giving me the same throughput that the 3 aggregated, which makes no sense. I wonder if there is any error on my end (wrong APN) or is there anything else that needs to be enabled in my account. I've tried pointing the router to other masts but the situation seems to be the same, i.e. the router shows aggregation (B1+B3, or B1+B3+B3 / B1+B3+B28) however the bandwidth doesnt seem to stack up. This happens with two different mikrotik routers as well as a Huawei CPE.

This case can be close, I left another comment in Sean's post as the problem seems to be that the B1 in my mast switches OFF in the mornings
