I paid for my monthly unlimited data on the 7th January and I no longer have more data since yestday. It’s not even 30 days of plan. what happened?
Hey @Federico_31846 thanks for posting here, if you are on a Prepay plan, the plan will remain active for 28 days and will need to be reactivated to continue to use the allowances.
