I'd be happy to help you with this I just need a little more information. Do you know what the name of your plan is? You can find this on your My3 dashboard in the 'Your Plan' section when you log into your My3 account.
If you are on our 3 Prepay Broadband plan did you top up by €30 to activate the plan?
