Hey there, we have excellent speeds but everyday we lose signal at least once a day. The box goes red and I have to turn it off at the socket to get it going. We had an engineer out yesterday who did a reset but we lost signal again this evening. We are close to a mast and have the broadband with the booster outside. I work from home and this is getting very annoying now. 😑
