Getting ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on each page load on mobile

Hi therez looking for some help, I am getting the following error message when I open most web pages on my phone . ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. If I reload the page it loads. I have tried this with my sim in multiple phones and I get the same issue.

When I try with wifi I don't get the issue. Can anyone help as it is driving me bananas

This happens in all locations and the sim is new, I ported over to three a
few months ago.

@Billybob If it's happening in all locations and you've tried different phones then it's pointing to the SIM card! Not to worry, that's easily fixed. Just to add a little bit of more information, this is occurring on both
chrome and edge browsers on the phone

@Billybob Thanks for letting me know! Tell me what were the makes and models of the phones you tested? And when did you last test them?

OnePlus 8t, tested just after Christmas.
Pixel 6 pro tested today with existing and new sim.
