Getting ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on each page load on mobile

Hi therez looking for some help, I am getting the following error message when I open most web pages on my phone . ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. If I reload the page it loads. I have tried this with my sim in multiple phones and I get the same issue.

When I try with wifi I don't get the issue. Can anyone help as it is driving me bananas

@Billbob @Kev_05836 Hi folks, our teams are drawing a blank here as the phones you're using aren't ones we've sold at Three so they wouldn't have tested them originally. I'm wondering if either of you has noticed this on a phone purchased from Three? Or is it possible to test your SIM card in a Three purchased phone?
