Is it possible to change Nat type

Hi, so basically I’d like to inquire if there’s any way I can change my Nat type on my bill pay plan. 
im unable to do a lot of things as I run my internet off my phone hotspot which provides Nat type 3.

is it possible to change this? 

Thanks for any advice. I’d really like to access certain gaming on my ps5, which I can’t at the current moment.

Hey @Theresa_05121, Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

As Hotspot is a device feature and not a service provided by Three unfortunately I can't guarantee that this is going to work as described above.

With the NAT Type this would require applying adding a public IP which is only available on broadband devices and plans.
