We were assured in our local shop that we would need to top up by 30 once a month and have unlimited data on our mobile broadband package. This is not the case. We have discovered that 30 per month provides 30 gb which doesn't last a week. As my son is working from home we have been topping up 30 per week to stay connected. Tried calling support numbers with no success. I'll likely switch to one of the many competitors who offer much cheaper UNLIMITED packages unless this is resolved and money given back as credit.
