Public IP address

Hi!

I would need a public (dyncamic) IP address which is not NATed in order for my private services to work correctly. I understand that this could be enabled for my SIM card by the moderators. Unfortunately, the tech support guys on the chat were not able to help me and directed me to the community forum.

I have the 3 Unlimited Broadband SIM Only plan for which it should be possible to enable public IPs if I understood correctly.

I'd be very happy if someone could enable this for me.

Hi @Jens_07234 👋 and welcome to 3Community 😊 Yes a dynamic Public IP is only available on 3 Unlimited Broadband Sim Only. I'd love to help you with this so please PM us your name, broadband number, full address, and date of birth so we can review your account and assist you further.

I would like to ask for Public IP address. It can remain dynamic. When I'm trying to send a PM it says access denied.
