If someone is looking for information on whether Three provides a static IP – it’s only for business clients, meaning you must have your own business.
If you work from home and your employer requires a static IP, you’ll sign up for a regular home internet plan, which does not include a static IP.
The only way to make the IP static is to configure the router so that the IP doesn’t change while it’s turned on. However, if there’s a power outage, if you restart the router when needed, or if you unplug and move the router, the IP will irreversibly change.
If this works for you, keep in mind that the instructions in this link are incorrect!

First, there is no "Settings" section on this router. You need to go to Network → Mobile Network.
Second, the APN should not be set to open.internet.public.static – this won’t work.
The correct APN name is: open.internet.public
The only person in this entire company who was able to help was Niall. Thanks to him, I managed to make my IP static, at least temporarily, while the router remains on.
Neither chat support, phone support, nor the store staff could help – they simply have no knowledge of static IPs.
The conclusion is: If you need a static IP for work and don’t own a business, Three is not the right provider for you.
