Roaming issues

Hey all, 

I am currently in greece and have major roaming issues. My phone does connect to a network (nova) but drops every few minutes for a good 10-30 seconds. 

The bars keep on showing up with the R and full bars (4 on my s24)

It is likely not a network issues as my partner stays connected (albeit to a different network operator, cosmote)

I tried switching manually to either cosmote or Vodafone, but all it does is telling me that is unable to connect. 

Correct me if I am wrong but from what I understand I should be able to connect to any operator when abroad and be able to eat up my dara allowance. 

What could be the cause for this issue and how do I fix it? It's very annoying, especially when I see my partner not having any issues at all.

Hey @Chris_59693 I'd be happy to assist you here, I would recommend that you leave your phone on automatic and once you are connected to the automatically selected network restart your phone to reestablish a connection to the network. If you are manually connecting to a network, restart your phone after connecting to each network to start a fresh connection to the newly selected network.
