Allowances Explained
Allowances are the number of calls, texts, and data that you can use before you are charged out of bundle rates.
All of our plans (Prepay and Bill Pay) come with a certain amount of allowances. For example, our Three Connect Complete Plan comes with All You Can Eat 5G Data, unlimited texts, unlimited minutes, 100 international minutes, and 32GB of EU Data.
You can check your allowances at any time by logging on to your My3 account. From the main dashboard, click 'My3 Account', and select 'Allowances' here you'll see how many calls, texts, and data you have left for your billing period. You can also see when your allowances are due to expire. Allowances are refreshed every billing period.
