I got an email on the 4th of September saying that "We’ve added €10 free credit to (my phone number). You now have €10 free credit to use however you like on any extra calls, texts or even on your favourite apps*." also a text saying "€10 free credit will be added to your account within the next 24 hours. It can be spent on calls, texts and data, or to purchase apps, games and services in the App Store or Google Play Store." but this credit isn't showing on my account. This has actually happened to me before but I was just told to wait a little longer and it would be added to my account so that's why I've waited so long this time but still the credit hasn't been added. 🙂
