€10 free credit not applied. (Text #### today)

We got two different Texts about getting free €10 credit by sending a code to 50333 sent to our phones on Sat 9th. The codes were sent, one number received the free credit but the other phone number (085 my my3 contact number) didn't get the free credit.

Can you look into this please.

I can send the private info like phone number and the text code details via PM when this is being looked into. 

@Seastar let's get this checked out for you. Can I get you to PM me both numbers along with your full name, address, & date of birth so I can check why the credit was applied to one number & not the other? Once I have checked both accounts I'll pop back to you here with an update.

 

@Seastar Thanks for the PM with the details. For the 085 number to be able to look into the account I would need to speak with the account holder. If the account holder has a 3Community account can you ask them to send me a PM? If they don't have a 3Community account they can contact our care team via 1913 or our messaging team.
