3 Prepay plan activates but incorrect balance

I've used three for a lengthy time and on a monthly basis I topped up 20 euros to activate my plans (3 prepay 20).
After topping up I used to get the activated plan as well as the 20 euro balance on my device.
Now I'm only getting the activated plan, not including the balance increase.
Is this a bug in the system or have the terms and conditions changed?

@Angelo_15307 Hi Angelo, with the plan that you're on now (3 Prepay 20) when you top-up your top-up amount is drawn down to activate your plan allowances. This has always been how this plan was activated.

You may have previously been on our legacy 3Pay plan. This plan offered you your plan activation when you topped up along with adding the €20 to your balance.
