I joined three a month ago and when I went to topup, the wrong MDN was in my account.
So I have topped up the wrong mdn ( I don't have this SIM).
And it means that the plan I was on is expired.
Why wasn't my new SIM available in my account?
I now have no credit on my new SIM even though I have paid.
Have tried Customer service, but they say they can;t help me.
All I want it to continue with the plan I started a month ago!
