I joined three a month ago and when I went to topup, the wrong MDN was in my account.
So I have topped up the wrong mdn ( I don't have this SIM).
And it means that the plan I was on is expired.
Why wasn't my new SIM available in my account?
I now have no credit on my new SIM even though I have paid.
Have tried Customer service, but they say they can;t help me.
All I want it to continue with the plan I started a month ago!
@Siobhan_09653 Hi Siobhan, can I get you to PM me the number that's showing on your My3 account & the number you meant to top-up? I'll also need your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account. Once you've sent me the details I'll check both accounts to see what has occurred & get back to you here with an update.
