3 prepay 30 5G enabled

Hello,

I'm just wondering if someone could help me with a query. For the 3 prepay 30 plan I had presumed that 5G enabled meant it was included in the plan. However we I got to order it keeps asking me if I want to add on 5G for €5 a month. Why does it do this if 5G is included?

Hi @Add_19762 and welcome to the 3Community👋😊 I have just double checked the website and our €30 bill pay plan has described the 5G listed as enabled whereas the 3 Prepay 30 has 5G listed as free.
