I'm hoping to switch to one of the 5G prepay plans, but my phone isn't 5G compatible. Will my 4G usage be included also?

The answer to your question is Yes. If you're on 3 Prepay 15, 3 Prepay 20 or 3 Prepay 30 and you activate the plan you'll have access to 4G.
