About charging errors

 Hello.

I didn't log in on the 15th and did an instant top-up of 20 euros by entering the number, but I guess it didn't charge.

On the 16th, you texted me that my plan was over, so I finally charged it again. Can I get a refund on the money?

@Iksun_13353 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. Can I get you to check your online banking & confirm if both charges are showing as complete or is one of them still showing as pending?

@Iksun_13353 If the charges are still pending today then it means that they didn't reach our account & will be returned to your bank account in accordance with your bank's return policy. The timeframe for the charges to be returned is normally 7-10 working days.
