I am currently on a EUR20 plan. I have topped up on 5th October but the app accidentally charged me twice. I would like a refund or an extension of the plan.
Hi! The same happened to me today when I did my top up. I did not choose the amount for top up yet and it did not reflect as I was ran out of data already. Can I get refund on my 20 prepay? Thanks

It happened to me as well I topped once on 4 of June and it automatically topped up again on 12 even tho I already topped on 4 when my plan expired
Hey @Claudiu_39132 , I'd be happy to help you here. if you have a scheduled top-up in place, and you decide to top up before this date, then the scheduled top up will still be applied to the account unless you have this cancelled within your My3 account.
I had a problem in my last top up (1 week ago) that got stuck in the top up process loading and I've done a reload in the page and when I saw my bank was charged 3 times an worst my balance doesn't reflect the values debited from my account, how to fix it and get a refund of this values debit wrongly?

I topped up yesterday and the first top up said it failed. I even waited a bit to see if it showed up, but it didn't, so I topped up again. It now shows two payments made of 30 euros, dated April the 2nd. Will I be refunded the 30 euros that your site took, while saying that my payment did not go through?
Btw, this top up failed message has been a problem for a while, but usually when I checked, it showed it had gone through regardless. Yesterday it didn't even do that, but it still took the money.
