Sometime ago I registered my Mum's phone using my email address, I am now no longer able to access my own information for my own phone.
Would appreciate some guidance as to what to do.

@Daisy_06434 Hi there, welcome to 3Community 😃 Lets take a look at this for you. So you've registered your Mums phone number under your email address? Is your number also registered? If not, can you register it with a different email address?
Thanks for the response. My phone number is also registered under the same email. I've been a customer for a long time but as my mother is elderly i thought it would be ok to use my email address for her too....but like I said I'm unable to access my own info now.
