All my credit €25 taken from my phone!

I have just had €25.55 stolen from my balance despite my taking action to ensure this did not happen. I rang the support people about it. And then I made use of the phone, thinking that this would keep them from stealing my money, but no. My balance is now €00.01! I do not use my phone very much and am required nevertheless to keep putting money into it in order to avoid Three stealing it from me, this is why there was so much there. I cannot afford to have €25 euros taken off me! I have been with this company for at least fifteen years! And this is how they treat you!

@Gareth_50119 Hi Gareth, did you get any text to notify you that the credit was due to expire or that your credit had been used due to data? When you spoke with the support agent what did they advise you of?

 

Thank you for responding. Yes I got a text on Dec 4. I am partially deaf and do not hear the sound the phone makes to alert me to text messages, so I sometimes miss them. I did not see it until the 7th. [You take advantage of my deafness! Very nice for you.] The support agent advised me of nothing at all, merely repeated the rule that I lose my money under certain circumstances as set out by Three, these circumstances were not explained of course. I make as little use of my phone as possible, very little. It is expensive (every call a minimum of one euro). If I am to face having my money taken in such quantity without any service whatsoever being provided in return I will have to forgo having a phone at all!

I would need to look into this further to see what the support agent advised & also check on your account to see why the credit expired. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account? Once I've checked on the account I'll pop back to you here.
