Change from bill pay to prepay

Hello, I would like to switch from my bill pay plan to prepay. How do I go about this? Thanks

thank you for your reply.  I tried contacting the messaging service but they kept trying to sell me a plan.  I wanted a payg plan.  My husband is going to upgrade from payg/prepay to a bill pay account but they said we need to start a new chat to do this and I ran out of time.  It all seems so complicated.  I do not need a full plan as I know work from home and make most of calls through whatsapp.  My husband is now not working from home so needs a plan.  He also wants to get the iphone 14 pro. I think it might just be easier to switch to another network and keep our numbers?

@Add_53186 If your husband's account is in his name then yes he would need to contact us directly so we can validate with him. As you had already validated your account he would be required to start a new chat.

We do have some great bill pay offers that we always let our customers know about when they ask to switch to prepay but you don't have to accept them you can move to prepay still if you'd like to. If you wish to speak about both account I would suggest calling our care team on the above freephone number as you can do it all on the same call.
